Kim Kardashian May Keep The Engagement Ring But It Will Cost Her

This should really not come as much of a shock, but Kim Kardashian included a clause in the pre-nup which allows her to buy the ring from Kris for the original purchase price in the case of a divorce. Hmm, interesting that she would have that put in case of a divorce. Smells like it could have all been pre-planned to me. Most people think the wedding was a sham, and I tend to agree with that as well. The ring has a value of around 2 million dollars.

Some of the things coming out make you wonder if it was just a marriage for television and ratings. Kris Humphries was not the greatest husband in his short time with Kim from what I have learned as well. I guess it worked out well for both parties. Kris got some face time and of course Kim got the press that she seems to thrive in these days. No matter what anyone tells me it has smelled sham from the very beginning and still does.

Lindsey Lohan Just Does Not Get It Anymore

I will admit that some people do not get it and Lindsey Lohan is one of them. At her probation hearing on Wednesday she received a sentence of 30 days in jail for probation violation. Lindsay was also told she must complete her community service requirement or risk landing in jail for an additional 270 days. Now that is all and good, but will the judge go through with it.

I think that Miss Lohan has got more than enough chances. If it was a regular citizen they would never get as many chances as Miss Lohan has so far. It's time to stop giving this lady chances because she does not get it anymore. Put her in jail and let her think about all the chances she blew. Regular everyday people do, so why can't stars be treated the same way. It is time we get rid of the double standard and make stars accountable for their mistakes just like everyday people have too.

It does not seem like it has been 15 years since we lost a musical icon, but that's how long it has been since Tupac's death. His mom still feels the pain as if it happened yesterday. Losing a son is tough, and especially when no killer has been brought to justice it. Millions still mourn the passing of Tupac as no one has ever realized the impact he had on the world in such a short time. EBay Classifieds being Investigated By Dept of Justice

They say copying is the most sincere form of flattering, but I do not know if the Dept of Justice or Craigslist is seeing any humor in it. It seems that Ebay Classifieds are being investigated by the Dept of Justice for having a model very similar to Craigslist. Ebay bought a stake in Craigslist back in 2004 and it seems they may have been copying things from them.

Many different parties have gotten subpoenas related to the investigation and it will be interesting to see how this all plays out. Craigslist has thought for a long time Ebay was stealing from them. I guess this will end up in court and it will be interesting to see how this all plays out for both sides. EBay believes that Craigslist's allegations against eBay are without merit. We will continue to vigorously defend ourselves, and we will aggressively pursue our claims against Craigslist. Of course Craigslist list had no comment. Let's see where this all leads us in the end.

Choosing The Right Exercise That Is Perfect For You

The type of exercise you do all depends on you and
what you like to do.  What you hate doing, paying
membership fees, and whether or not to buy equipment
are all things you need to consider as well as
answer.

If you choose something that you don't like to do,
you aren't going to keep doing it for a long period
of time.  Give it some thought - if you don't like
jogging, you aren't going to get up at 6 AM and go
running.  If you can't find something you like to
do, choose something you hate the least, which will
normally be walking.

Walking is great exercise, as it suits all levels
of fitness.  Anyone can start a walking program at
any time, it's normally the intensity and duration
that differs.  Walking is also a social exercise,
as it isn't difficult to find a training partner
to chat with while you exercise.  Walking with a
partner will also make time go by faster.

No matter what exercise you choose, you should
start at a low level of intensity and build it up
over a period of weeks, which is essential to the
longevity of your exercise program.  If you start
off too hard, you could end up with an injury
which will require time off to get over.

If you are really in bad shape, you should start
off by walking for 10 minutes each day.  Then,
increase it by 5 minutes every 2 weeks.  To make
things more interesting, you should try walking
a different course every few days.  You can also
roster a different friend to walk with you each
day of the week.

If walking isn't your thing, then you may want
to try a fitness center.  They have loads of
variety and normally have trainers on hand to
answer any questions you may have.  When you
choose a fitness center, make sure that they give
good service.

If they aren't willing to treat you well before
you join, then they certainly won't after you
join.  You should also make sure that the equipment
they use is well taken care of.  It's easy to
find out, as all you have to do is listen to the
machines.  If they squeak a lot or make noise,
then chances are they aren't being taken care of.

If you still aren't sure what you should do, then
you should look into golf or tennis.  Both are
good social activities in most areas, and you can
even meet new friends.  Tennis is great for fitness
although it isn't for someone who is just starting
out.  If you haven't exercised in a long time,
then golf may be the best activity for you.

It seems that Arnold Schwarzenegger would have been better served if he would have just kept quiet about his affair. It would have probably came out eventually, but now he has made life a living hell for his mistress and her 13 year old kid. The media will be hounding them non-stop to try and get a story. Arnold should have just kept quiet and went on with his life for the child's sake. It was nice he did come clean, but should did it in the privacy of his home and not in the public eye.

I guess he thought what he was doing was the best thing, but I am not so sure about that. Now that his wife has left him I guess he had nothing left to hide from her. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out in the end. No matter how it does there are no real winners in all of this. Every party is losing and now the mistress and her child will be in the public eye more than ever before.

tYes, it's hard to believe, but Tea Cups Pigs are the latest crazy craze that is sweeping the world. These animals are the size of a tea cup and are not cheap to buy, but that has not slowed the popularity of these things down. When fully grown they will only weigh between 30-60 lbs which is not bad. They also have a life expectancy of 20 years so they do live awhile. When born they are the size of a tea cup and that is where the name comes from.

They also can be litter trained very easily as well. You will probably see these more often as stars and others start breeding them. The bad part is these little things will be bred to death and health problems could come of it. They are cute I will have to admit that. I do not think I ever want them as a pet though, but you never know as more and more people buy them they become more mainstream.

George Michael Continues Downward Spiral

George Michael continues his downward spiral as he was arrested after a crashing a car into a building. The 47-year-old, who was banned for driving for two years in June 2007, was reported to have crashed into a branch of a photography shop near his home in the leafy north London suburb of Hampstead on Sunday.

In 2006, Michael was found slumped over the wheel of his car and in June 2007 was given a two-year driving ban after pleading guilty to driving while unfit. He claimed he was tired and had been taking prescription drugs. It's a shame that Michael does not get it together. He was a talent and it seems that he continues to spiral out of control. Hopefully, he will figure it out soon, but I seriously doubt it.

Pawn Stars Something Everyone Should See

The History Channel every now and then surprises me with some of their programming. Pawn Stars is one of those shows that have been proven to be worth watching. The show profiles Rick Harrison; his father, The Old Man; and his son, Corey, as cameras follow them around their Gold And Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas. Some humor is thrown in with the help of Chumlee, Corey's best friend who helps manage the increasingly popular pawn shop.

What makes this show stand out from the crowd is the lessons it teaches. People will bring in things to sell and usually the viewer will get an interesting history lesson in the process. On pawn stars they try to get it for a low price so they can resell it for profit. It's how they use to do it many years ago. On Pawn Stars you will see many items that you probably will never see anywhere else. It's on Monday Nights at 10PM on the History Channel. Check it out it is enjoyable television for a change.

Twilight Eclipse Only Days Away Are You Ready

Twilight fans have started the countdown as the release of the third movie in the Twilight series Eclipse will hit the theaters on June 30, 2010. This series is not as bad as I thought it would be. In fact I do find myself actually enjoying the movies and this third installment should be an interesting one.  The plot centers around a string of killings and Bella must make a choice between her love Edward and her friendship with Jacob.

Many people like the eclipse book the best out of all of them that was written. I never read them so I cannot really say. I know this series continues to garner great numbers at the box office and this new movie should do very well. My daughter loves the series so I will be checking it out. Eclipse should be an interesting movie and even if your not into vampires you will still find something you like I bet. I know I did with the first two and probably will with this edition as well.

People have for years wanted to get rid of Ronald McDonald, but the restaurant chain as resisted the pressure from a variety of groups. Now with children's eating habits getting worse they are coming down on Ronald McDonald. I give McDonalds for standing it's ground and not retiring Ronald McDonald anytime soon.

How Will Robin Hood Fare This Weekend?

The movie Robin Hood starring Russell Crowe comes out this week and for the most part it has been panned by the critics. This never seems though to be the death of a movie. Many movies who have been panned have gone on to do well among moviegoers. Maybe the biggest thing that the Robin Hood movie will deal with is Iron Man 2. Iron Man 2 did very well in the opening week and it will give Robin Hood a run for it's money.

Even though the critics has been rough on the movie it should do fairly well. It has a decent cast and with Russell Crowe leading the way it should do fine. The key will be word of mouth with Robin Hood. If some people really like it and spread the word it could do much better than anyone could imagine. I guess we will have to wait and see how this works out this weekend.

Freddy Krueger Still A Money Maker

The remake of Nightmare On Elm Street scared away the competition this weekend at the box office with a take of 32.2 million dollars. This newest installment should do well for awhile until IronMan2 comes out. The best part for Warner Bros is this filmed really had no top stars and it did not cost a lot to make. Once the run is over DVD sales will come so do not be surprised if Nightmare On Elm Street does 70-75 million when all said and done. Not to bad for a film that did not cost a lot to make.

Movie buffs love scary villains such as Freddy Krueger and Michael Myers and these types of films do well. It did help that there really was not much competition at the theater as well. No matter Freddy Krueger continues to bring in the dollars. It seems we all like a good scare every now and then and this weekend was no exception.
